Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened greek yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup tahini paste
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper
Method
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and using a hand blender whisk to combine.
- Check seasoning and adjust accordingly.
