The worlds best Spinach and Feta dip and so easily frozen, easy, healthy and tasty. Recipe from Annabel Langbein.
Ingredients
- 250 gm Feta
- 2 big handfuls of spinach
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp toasted fennel seeds (optional but recommended)
- salt and pepper
Method
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or place in a bowl and use a kitchen hand held whizz
- Blend until smooth
- If not using immediately cover and keep in the fridge for 4 or 5 days
- Freezes well
