Quick, easy and delicious nibble – you can also throw some homemade sweet chilli sauce over them too! Recipe by Melanie Eady
Ingredients
- 1/2 packet of edamame beans in the shells
- 1 tsp rice bran oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 red chilli (seeds removed)
- 1 tsp sea salt
Method
- Heat the oils in a small fry pan.
- Toss in the edamame beans.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until hot and combined.
- Tip into a serving bowl and serve while hot! (Have a small side bowl for empty shells)
