Sarah Day’s Blog : Granola

You Tube health and beauty blogger Sarah Stevenson has a blog Sarah’s day and  has made this  tummy loving  diary free gluten free Granola, I haven’t added a lot of breakfast recipes to my site but this is super important for gut health , Recipe by Sarah Stevenson (Sarah Days Blog)

Ingredients


  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup toasted coconut chips
  • 1/3 cup raw Buck wheat
  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup roasted chopped roughly almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup currants
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 tsp slt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 scoops protein powder ( maybe a bit more )
  • 1/3 cup rice malt syrup

Method


Toast the seeds and coconut chips in a dry frying pan  set aside

Add dry ingredients, mix protein powder add to the wet ingredients

Should be clumpy if not add more coconut oil

Put on a tray and bake for around 8 minutes , cool completely and the store in an airtight
