Speedy, fail proof russian fudge made in the microwave. Recipe by Melanie Eady
Ingredients
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 50g butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 1/2 tin of condensed milk
Method
- Put all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl, cover (I use a dinner plate) and place on high for 2 minutes.
- Stir well then put back into the microwave for 6 minutes on high. Beat until thick.
- Pour into a greased dish (I use a loaf tin). Mark and then cut when set.
