Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- good squeeze of lemon or lime juice
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Press the mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl and discard the seeds.
- Adjust the icing sugar and juice to taste. Serve at room temperature.
