Ingredients
Sesame Seed
- 1 potato, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- sea salt
Chilli and Oregano
- 1 potato, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- sea salt
Lime and Coriander
- 1 potato, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp lime zest
- sea salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 190ºC.
- Thinly slice the potato and toss with the oil. Place the potato slices on a baking tray and sprinkle with the chosen flavour toppings.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until crispy and golden.
