Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 8 tbsp caster sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 120 degrees, fan forced. Line baking tray with baking paper.
- Beat the egg whites with cake mixer or hand held beater until the egg whites form stiff peaks.
- Gradually add the sugar and keep beating until the sugar has dissolved.
- Place teaspoons full onto baking tray. Cook for 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven off and leave them in there for another 1/2 hour.
- To serve, sandwich with whipped cream.
