Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice bran oil
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- wasabi paste optional
- salt and pepper
Method
- Combine all the ingredients and using a hand blender whisk until combined.
- Store in a clean jar for up to 2 weeks.
