A very unique cooking class. Come and join me in my home and experience eating like a New Zealander for a day.
What the day involves
After you arrive, enjoy a light New Zealand morning tea with an introduction of the day’s events.
Weather permitting you can wander around my small garden returning to the kitchen to help prepare, cook and eat seasonal Whitebait fritters (A truly iconic devine kiwi treat), whilst enjoying a glass of New Zealand Methode Champenoise.
Then enjoy watching me prepare and serve a modern New Zealand Classic,The Kiwi Roast, except mine is a Roasted Lamb Rump with Mint and coriander Salsa Verde, accompanied with a roast Kumara Watercress Salad and a sautéed Green Bean Salad.
To finish, enjoy your interactive Pavlova building experience, keep your cameras handy for the amazing creations you will create.
Time: 10:30am to 3pm approximately
Cost:$240 NZD per person
Includes: Morning tea, 3 Course Lunch, Methode Champeniose, Pinot noir and Rose during the luncheon. Recipes to take away with you.
