Great with dumplings or edamame beans! Recipe by Ripe
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light Japanese soy sauce (I use GF)
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp raw/palm/coconut sugar or stevia
- 1/4 cup water
Method
- In a small saucepan over medium heat place all the ingredients and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Pour into sterilized jars for up to 3 months.
