A great little something to put around carrot cakes or hummingbird cakes and just a little more fancy than just roasted. This can also be used in Salads just add a pinch of chilli flakes when frying the seeds .
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp runny Honey
Method
- Line a small baking tray with baking paper
- Add the oil and the seeds in a small fry pan
- Toast until slightly coloured and add the honey
- Cook for 1 minute
- Turn out on the baking tray and spread using a spatula
- Keep in small airtight container in the baking paper and break off in small clumps when needed
