Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 juice of a lemon
- salt and pepper
- a dash of white wine vinegar
Method
- Separate egg yolks into a microwavable bowl (keep the whites to make meringues!!).
- Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and whisk until a smooth consistency.
- Slowly whisk in the melted butter to incorporate.
- Place in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds, whisk.
- Place in jars and store in fridge till required.
