Ingredients
- 3 large red onions, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 170ºC, fan bake.
- Mix sliced onion wedges with oil, sugar and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread out onto a roasting dish. Cook for 45 minutes until tender and lightly golden. Remove and allow to cool.
