This year my daughter and I spent a week at Aro Ha Retreat, we experienced so many amazing things and drank this elixir every morning before yoga, They say it gives you more energy than a coffee !!!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- juice of half an orange or more to taste
- 1 tsp tumeric powdered
- 1/4 cayenne pepper
- 1/4 ground black pepper
- 1 cup of water
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a bottle with a tight lid and give a good shake
- Store in fridge , Shake well before serving
INTERESTING FACT
The benefits of Tumeric’s anti-inflammatory properties are not released until they are activated with the combination of adding Pepper, Using both Cayenne and black pepper is quite full on so try out your balance , you don’t have to use both .
