This desert cocktail is a crowd pleaser , I have in the past put the butterscotch snaps in a syringe by the glass and spun sugar spirals for a bit of cooking theatre but just super naughty and yummy the way it is. The recipe originated from an Auckland restaurant no longer in existence and I cheekily rang for the recipe after Guy and I dined there as it was sooo good.
Ingredients
- 20 mls Bayleys
- 20 mls Kahlua
- 20 mls Frangelico
- 20 mls butterscotch snaps
- 40 mls cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and chill. Pour into martini glasses over ice, top with shaved chocolate.
