Speedy Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients


  • 500g icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 100g butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa

Method


  1. Place icing sugar into 2 litre microwave safe bowl. Cut the butter into 6 pieces. Scatter over the icing sugar, pour in the milk and add the cocoa.
  2. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
