Recipe by Ripe
Ingredients
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soft brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 cups vegetable or rice bran oil
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, mint and mustard.
- Using a hand held blender, adding the oil last to blend it all together.
