Mayo’s 3 ways

Ingredients


Sesame Mayo

  • 1 cup of mayo (Dukes or Best foods)
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted and ground)
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp japanese soy sauce
  • 1 tsp kecap manis (sweet soy)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Miso Mayo

  • 1 cup mayo (Dukes or Best foods)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • grated ginger (optional)

Wasabi Mayo

  • 1 cup mayo (Dukes or Best foods)
  • 1 tbsp wasabi paste
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • pickled ginger (optional)

Method


  1. For each of the different mayo’s listed, simply add all the listed ingredients together.
  2. Using a hand blender or a spoon combine the ingredients until mixed well.
