Ingredients
Sesame Mayo
- 1 cup of mayo (Dukes or Best foods)
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted and ground)
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp japanese soy sauce
- 1 tsp kecap manis (sweet soy)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Miso Mayo
- 1 cup mayo (Dukes or Best foods)
- 1 1/2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- grated ginger (optional)
Wasabi Mayo
- 1 cup mayo (Dukes or Best foods)
- 1 tbsp wasabi paste
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- pickled ginger (optional)
Method
- For each of the different mayo’s listed, simply add all the listed ingredients together.
- Using a hand blender or a spoon combine the ingredients until mixed well.
