Chimichurri Sauce

Great with steak or chicken. Recipe by Melanie Eady

Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup coriander
  • 1/4 cup mint
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • pinch of chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 olive oil

Method


  1. Place all herbs in a small food processor (or blender) and blitz to finely chop.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz again.
  3. Place in a jar in the fridge until required.
