Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup coriander
- 1/4 cup mint
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- pinch of chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/3 olive oil
Method
- Place all herbs in a small food processor (or blender) and blitz to finely chop.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blitz again.
- Place in a jar in the fridge until required.
