Simple but so easy and refreshing. This Cucumber and Yoghurt Dip, no need to buy store bought ones again.
- 1 cup grated or finely chopped Lebanese Cucumber (Seeds removed )
- 1 cup thick unsweetened greek yoghurt
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs finely chopped mint
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix all the above ingredients until well combined and put into small dipping bowl
- Sprinkle Sumac ontop with a fresh sprig of mint
- Serve with toasted or warmed Pitta Breads
